We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with your confirmation and return label. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A sum of $7.50 USD will be deducted from their refund, unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item). Please email us immediately at support@amazingbeautyllc.com with your order number and photos for the return.

Please note that we do not accept returns on skincare and haircare products for health reasons. Please choose carefully.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.Exceptions are only made for defective items.
